Medidata AI is one of the largest AI companies exclusively dedicated to life sciences. Our team is composed of over 40 PhD/Masters statisticians, data scientists, analytical product leads, former FDA biostatisticians and computational genomicists.

Your Mission: Your main objective is to work in close collaboration with commercial leads for all Medidata AI solutions, as well as key stakeholders from other functions - such as Sales Enablement, Marketing, Finance and Legal - to implement processes that will take our sales efforts and go-to-market approach to the next level.

Example responsibilities include:

  • Lead coordination of sales training efforts for all Medidata AI products in close collaboration with Medidata Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and AI Commercial Leads. Specifically, in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders: 

    • Build a holistic onboarding training plan for Acorn AI sales specialists covering all Acorn AI solutions 

    • Establish a training cadence for Acorn AI solutions and facilitate implementation of such training

    • Identify adjacent teams and functions (e.g., Engagement Teams, Professional Services, Finance) that would benefit from training, establish training program and lead implementation 

  • Identify opportunities for scaling commercial processes for AI Commercial team, and lead development and implementation of such processes. For example:

    • Improve consistency in processes for AI products to simplify contracting, and deal oversight across Acorn AI

    • Collect/provide input for AI events calendar to share with Global Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure consistent and holistic approach to events from Acorn AI Commercial perspective  

    • Socialize and consolidate the resolution of topics related to data usage (e.g., privacy, data rights, etc.) between legal and cross-product leads

  • Promote, manage and coordinate innovative concepts and applications as they span across AI and beyond - Medidata and 3DS - in the areas of:

    • GTM Processes

    • Commercials Operations 

    • Thought Leadership

    Your Education & Experience: 

  • BA/BS required, MBA or Masters in sciences or a technical field (e.g., engineering, biostatistics, data science) a plus but not required 
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in one of the following highly structured environments: management/healthcare consulting, investment banking, or high tech product management
  • Exposure to the Life Sciences industry or B2B Technology as well as familiarity with development of data & analytics driven solutions preferred

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City.  As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.  Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $135,000 - $180,000
