Job Title: Manager, Contract Entry

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of contract entry specialists. Oversee the Team Lead in the management of daily workload allocation, track team performance against key metrics (KPIs), and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
Ensure all contract information is entered accurately and completely within the Company’s billing and revenue systems
Provide support to Collections Team in addressing and resolving inquiries from external customers
Assist in monthly / quarterly accounting reconciliation procedures
Partner with Sales Operations to optimize current and future-state process flow

Competencies:
2-4 years related experience
Experience with order entry / billing preferred
Experience with billing / revenue systems preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York, NY. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York, NY may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $66,000 to $88,000.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
