What are the event timings?
Onsite registration will open at 08:30 for a 09:15 start. Please collect your delegate badge before joining the sessions.

Sessions will conclude by 3:45 – 4:00 PM.

The day will close with a networking Drinks Reception

How can I get to Kings Place?
Kings Place is just a short distance from King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations. Both stations are served by the Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly, Northern and Victoria lines.

King’s Cross St.Pancras and Euston are the nearest mainline stations.

The venue is also served by bus, the nearest route being the 390.

You can plan your journey by public transport here.

Is there parking at Kings Place?
There is no dedicated public parking at Kings Place. The nearest car park is at St. Pancras International Station on Pancras Road.

In the interest of the environment, we encourage attendees to travel to Kings Place by public transport.

Is Kings Place easily accessible?
Yes. Kings Place offers step free access and there is a lift to the lower ground floor where the sessions will be held.

Will refreshments and lunch be provided?
Yes. Refreshments and a light lunch will be offered, and the event will close with a networking Drinks Reception.

Is Medidata NEXT London free to attend?
Yes. There is no attendance fee to attend Medidata NEXT London but you must pre-register to attend. Come and join us!

Medidata NEXT is designed for all customers, partners and those organisations that are interested in finding out more about the products and services that Medidata and its partners can offer. It is not open to organisations that are competitive to Medidata.

Do I need to register for particular sessions as part of the registration process?
No you do not need to register for particular sessions, however it would be helpful if you could provide an indication within the registration form which track is of most interest to you so that we can plan accordingly. Attendance to sessions on the day will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Although we would never turn anyone away, given the current Health & Safety COVID situation we would strongly encourage all attendees to pre-register to attend.

The dress code for Medidata NEXT London is Business Casual.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom will be available but space is limited.

The cloakroom will accept coats and jackets. In the interest of security, however, no bags or suitcases can be stored.
