Executive Vice President, CEO Life Sciences & Healthcare
Dr Ashwini Zenooz joined Dassault Systèmes in September 2026 as Executive Vice President, CEO Life Sciences & Healthcare and member of the Executive Committee.
Her mission is to bring together the worlds of science, technology and medicine to transform how the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry discovers, develops, manufactures and delivers new therapies.
With a passion for turning innovation into better outcomes for patients, Ashwini spearheads Dassault Systèmes’ vision: molecule, patient and real-world outcome should no longer exist in separate worlds. As such, she is tasked with delivering a unified, AI-native Enterprise platform, that connects them all, giving the industry a new way to understand complexity, accelerate innovation and make better decisions across the entire value chain.
To this purpose, Ashwini oversees Dassault Systèmes’ Life Sciences & Healthcare brands - MEDIDATA, BIOVIA and ArisGlobal, when the acquisition is completed - bringing together strategy, integration, go-to-market and sales. She is also expanding the company’s partnerships across pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics and digital health to create a broader ecosystem for innovation.
To help customers move faster from discovery to impact, she brings them the full power of Dassault Systèmes’ 3D UNIV+RSES, Virtual Twins and Industrial AI. With this end-to-end platform that connects data, science, simulation and intelligence, she helps Life Sciences & Healthcare organizations invent the next generation of therapies, advance the speed and efficiency of clinical development, increase manufacturing resilience and agility, and further safety and regulatory intelligence, and, ultimately, deliver tangible outcomes for patients.
Her perspective is shaped by a career that has crossed medicine, technology, government and entrepreneurship. As a physician, she understands the realities of patient care. As an executive and entrepreneur, she has built and scaled technology-driven solutions designed to change those realities. She has championed advancements in telehealth, precision medicine, mental health and applied AI. She has held several leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including Salesforce and Commure, as well as the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
