Lisa Moneymaker is Chief Operating and Strategy Officer at Medidata, unifying strategy and operations to accelerate growth advancing Medidata’s AI leadership across the clinical trial lifecycle, and scaling the Medidata Experiences for customers. By connecting strategy with execution, Lisa brings the voice of the customer into how Medidata develops and delivers value.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across the clinical technology industry, Lisa has led product, engineering, AI research, strategy, operations, and customer engagement at both sponsor and technology companies. Throughout her career, she has driven innovation that improves clinical development, advances patient outcomes, and enables customers to navigate an increasingly complex clinical research landscape.
Lisa serves on the board of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) and on the advisory board for the Sexual and Gender Minority Alliance. She holds a BS in Biomedical/Biochemical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
