In conjunction with recent releases in the Patient Cloud suite of products, Medidata Academy has updated several standard QRC documents and removed several obsolete Show Me Videos previously available on the Patient Cloud Knowledge Space. The goal of this consolidation project is to streamline and simplify the content to make it easier for users to find and consume.
Important Note: Because the Patient Cloud mobile app is a Single Instance Multi-Tenant (SIMT) application, all Patient Cloud mobile app users are now seeing the new User Interface. Therefore, active studies prior to the 2019.2.0 release that were using standard supportive training materials (QRCs) may need to update their documents to reflect the new UI. This should only impact studies that are still actively registering subjects.
While many Show Me Videos (SMV) and Quick Reference Cards (QRC) will no longer be available in those modalities, most of the content contained in any removed resource can still be found within a Patient Cloud standard training eLearning course.
