Medidata Academy is happy to announce new and updated training courses for the Patient Cloud Suite! Two (2) new eLearning courses, and three (3) updated eLearning courses are available now available to all customers

New eLearning Courses (2)

Medidata Patient Cloud Release Training (R11 2019)

This course is designed for study builders, site users and administrators who support or manage Rave eCOA studies. This eLearning will provide a brief overview of the following releases:

  • Patient Cloud Registration (2019.5.0)
  • Patient Cloud Settings (2019.7.0)
  • Patient Cloud iOS (2019.6.0)

Attendees will learn about:

  • The new Patient Cloud Control Types
  • The Patient Cloud suite enhancement updates

For external clients, this new course is now available in English through iMedidata. For internal Medidata employees, this course is available in English on Learning Lab.

Medidata Rave eCOA Custom Notifications

This course is designed for study builders who design and build Rave eCOA studies using the Patient Cloud mobile app.

Attendees will learn:

  • What are Custom Notifications?
  • What fields are used in the feature
  • Build considerations and limitations
  • How to build some common examples in Rave Architect

Medidata Rave eConsent: Navigating the Mobile App

This course has been updated to include the new Swift and Secure Log In workflow as part of the 2019.5.0 feature release.The updated content is:

  • Logging In and Out of the mobile app

 

This course replaced the existing course on iMedidata and Learning Lab starting 11 December 2019, and has no impact on current course completions or study access for external clients. There is no action required for users who viewed the previous course, and all new users will automatically be assigned the updated course.

 

Medidata Rave eConsent: Patient Experience

This course has been updated to include content to support users who want to understand how patients experience the Rave eConsent mobile app and includes the Document Flagging updates in the 2019.5.0 release.

Minor scripting update includes:

  • The optional patient flagging feature that must be configured to appear in a study

Medidata Rave eCOA for Study Builders: Control Type Options

This course has been renamed and updated to include accumulation content to support study builders in recognizing Rave eCOA forms and feature build types.

Along with scripting throughout the course, the primary updated feature additions are:

  • Four Faces control type
  • Five Faces control type
  • Number control type with Field Edit Checks
  • Body Map control type
  • NRS 5 Labels control type
  • Four Point Scale control type
  • Form Setting - Form to be Completed by Caregiver
  • Form Setting - Form to be Completed by Patient or Caregiver
  • Form Setting - Form to be Completed by Patient at Site or Caregiver
  • Form Availability fields
  • Custom Form Notifications fields
