About the Team:
The Brand Strategy & Campaigns team shapes the narrative that defines Medidata’s leadership in life sciences. As Brand Strategy & Campaigns Manager, you will play a key role in bringing that narrative to life—executing brand and campaign initiatives that elevate awareness, strengthen perception, and deliver a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Campaigns, you will work closely with our Senior Managers to activate strategies across Medidata’s campaigns, support day-to-day agency operations, and help ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution.
Responsibilities:
Campaign & Brand Execution (Most Critical)

Execute brand and campaign strategies developed by Senior Managers, translating strategic direction into well-organized, on-brand deliverables across channels.

Coordinate the production of campaign assets—including ads, landing pages, videos, and digital content—managing timelines, routing feedback, and ensuring quality and brand consistency.

Support day-to-day agency relationships, including briefing agency partners, tracking project status, consolidating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining clear communication on deliverables.

Assist in the development and maintenance of messaging frameworks, channel plans, and marketing calendars.

Monitor campaign performance metrics—including awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence—and surface insights to support optimization.

Partner with teams across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Social, Events, and PR to ensure campaign cohesion and seamless handoffs.

Help drive adoption of brand best practices across the organization by maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and internal resources.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of brand strategy experience, in-house or agency, with a track record of executing brand or campaign initiatives with measurable impact. At least 1–2 years of experience on B2B brands, ideally within tech, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and meet deadlines with consistency.

Experience supporting agency partnerships, including briefing, feedback consolidation, and asset production coordination.

Solid understanding of brand and campaign fundamentals, with the ability to apply strategic direction to executional decisions.

Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across teams and with senior stakeholders.

High attention to detail and a commitment to brand quality and consistency across all outputs.
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position located in New York is $96,000-$128,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
