Responsibilities:

As the Manager, Growth Marketing of an Experience Campaign, you will report to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will serve as a hands-on marketer responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of digital demand generation campaigns. You will bridge high-performance paid media and content strategies to drive qualified leads, manage testing initiatives, and accelerate pipeline opportunities.

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Partner with digital marketing and agency partners to design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across a variety of platforms, e.g LinkedIn Social, Content Syndication and Programmatic DSPs, alongside outbound email and events.

  • AI-Driven Content Workflows: Implement AI-driven content production workflows—utilizing LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)—to scale high-quality demand gen assets, personalized email sequences, and dynamic ad copy while maintaining brand voice.

  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Optimize the complete performance funnel through rigorous A/B testing of landing page headlines, CTAs, and persona-specific value propositions using engagement and drop-off analytics.

  • Advanced Measurement & Analytics: Partner with Marketing Operations to track funnel analytics (CRM/Salesforce), engagement patterns, and attribution models (MTA) to deliver actionable campaign optimization recommendations.

  • Sales Enablement & Nurture Strategy: Partner with Product Marketing and BD teams to build persona-based email nurture sequences, objection-handling guides, and enable sellers with marketing campaign assets that accelerate pipeline progression.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly marketing planning with data-backed recommendations on budget allocation and channel diversification based on performance trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of B2B or B2C growth/content marketing experience, with proven expertise in demand generation, multi-channel execution, and conversion optimization

  • Paid Media & Funnel Mastery: Experience managing multi-channel B2B campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) and running end-to-end conversion funnel testing.

  • Technical Product Messaging: Ability to translate complex enterprise SaaS or healthcare tech solutions into intuitive value propositions, use-case stories, and ROI frameworks.

  • AI & Content Innovation: Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering tools to accelerate content drafting, research, and copy iteration.

  • Analytics & Tooling: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Eloqua), web/funnel analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau), and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Competitive Intelligence & Segmentation: Skilled at competitive benchmarking, buyer persona mapping, and intent-based audience segmentation.

As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region.

The salary range for positions that will be physically based in New York is $79,500- $106,000

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
