About the Team:
As a member of the Segment Operations team, you will be positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution. We are committed to driving the business through three key pillars: Upholding Policies for consistency, Optimizing Processes for agility, and Leveraging Data for transparency. Our primary goal is to operationalize the sales strategy, removing friction from the field and providing the structural framework necessary to accelerate business growth and achieve our regional targets. You will play a crucial role in transitioning the team from fragmented local practices to a synchronized APAC standardized operating model, while taking different countries’ business insights and cultures into consideration
Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Strategy & Account Management: Manage quota distribution, governance, and system execution. Oversee end-to-end account management including transfers, creation, and segmentation, while driving sales planning processes

Manage Forecasting & Metrics: Support weekly regional and country forecast reviews, ensure data accuracy in Sales Connect, track outlier movements, and submit weekly forecast comments to Global leadership

Maintain Dashboards & Reporting: Maintain quarterly dashboards (Sales Connect, Sponsor & CRO EA) and generate key business performance reports, including revenue, pricing, and specific country or brand reports

Ensure Pipeline Hygiene & Behavior Management: Enforce standardized documentation for account plans and engagements, drive regular pipeline updates, and facilitate account allocations during LOA/OOT

Oversee Compensation & Incentives: Validate Varicent compensation reports, resolve sales disputes, and manage sales incentive programs (e.g., SPIFF) and opportunity splits

Mitigate Risk & Ensure Compliance: Act as the “Guardians of Logic” to audit data, flag risks, and ensure strict compliance with Global guidelines on quotas, forecasts, and compensation to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of working experience with 6-8 years of relevant experience

Experience must be in one or more of the following areas: Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management.

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong business judgment and a clear thinker who understands details and can distill complex topics into clear summaries.

Good English communication skills to engage with different key stakeholders for alignment and support.

Demonstrated ability to produce extremely high-quality work product; positive attitude and high energy level; team player.

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboards skills

Bilingual skills desired (English + Japanese or English + Korean)
