Overview

This course teaches attendees how to use the Rave Data Clarification Form (DCF) module. Attendees receive an overview of the DCF process and learn how DCF forms are created.

Attendees will learn to:

Search for queries
Create a DCF draft and package
Answer and Forward queries

Recording of Global Education training sessions is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to record training will result in an immediate stoppage of training until recording is terminated.

Payment Method

If paying by Purchase Order (PO), please e-mail an authorized PO to invoicing@mdsol.com. You will be invoiced for the full amount of the training class with net 30 terms in the month following training. PO must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment.
