Medidata Education Services Cancellation Policy
The following Cancellation Policy will apply to Medidata’s provision of instructor-led classroom and/or internet-based training services (“Training Delivery”) which have been scheduled by or on behalf of our customers, including by sponsors, partners, developers, and other third parties (collectively, “Customer”)” :
Customer will be responsible for payment of cancellation fees equal to a percentage of Training Delivery fees based on the following criteria:
- For private classes, once a training specialist has been assigned and the date(s) has been confirmed between Professional Services and Medidata Education Services.
- For public classes upon Customer’s registration via the Internet
Cancellation fees amounts are listed in the table below.

Medidata reserves the right to modify this policy. Any modifications apply to classes scheduled after the policy change has been made. This policy is effective 16 March 2017.
Note: Dates for classes with a Pre-Assessment are not considered locked in until one student passes the Pre-Assessment. Once at least one student is successful, the cancellation policy is in effect.
