Patient Insights Program

Video transcript: When sponsors are working with the patient insights team, I think they're genuinely surprised at how much information and expertise our patient insights team has. They are covering almost every disease that you can think of. We do this by reaching into our communities, by having an understanding of the fact that none of us sits there only representing ourself. We have a process where we have the patient advocates come into a patient design studio. This design studio gives us the opportunity to really dig in to issues that patients might be facing at a very specific point in their clinical trial journey. And it really allows our designers and developers to better understand the patient point of view. We intentionally put the patient's needs and listen to their input and add it to the solutions and devices we create. In the work that we've been doing with our clients, we've had the opportunity to really help them streamline the information that they're sharing with their patients. We are intentional about decreasing patient burden and increasing better health outcomes for our patients. We work to make sure that the patient point of view is understood by our designers and developers and that they have a better understanding of what a patient might go through in their clinical trial journey. Whether it's demographics, whether it's disease types, whether it's age, whatever it is, we're gonna make sure that we have enough people that can speak to the concerns of basically everyone. And of course, we're gonna be competitive in the market. We are metadata. We are putting patients at the center and we care. Patients matter.
