Julien Kroll – Clinical Trial Technology Strategist, Bayer
Julien Kroll is a Clinical Trial Technology Strategist. He supports the Decentralized Clinical Trial Initiative at Bayer, helping study teams to identify which DCT components are the best fit for their trials, patients and sites. He also prepares the organization by evaluating vendors and technologies that will make Bayer an industry pioneer for Decentralized Clinical trials.

Marie Ennis-O’Connor – Patient Advocate
A Stanford Medicine X e-Patient scholar, Marie Ennis O’Connor brings a wealth of experience to the co-creation of person-centered outcomes within clinical and innovation spaces. With a focus on moving beyond the rhetoric of patient involvement towards operational implementation, her work brings key stakeholders together to engage in meaningful ways.

Mark Matson – Senior Solution Specialist, Medidata, Dassault Systèmes
Mark is a research professional with more than 25 years in drug development, sales leadership, licensing, and program management. Mark’s experience includes an extensive career at Pfizer in R&D, program leadership at biotech MannKind Corporation, and stints in sales and sales leadership at IQVIA, Covance, and ICON.

Olivia Bozzo – Senior Solution Consultant, Medidata, Dassault Systèmes
Olivia is a Senior Solution Consultant on Medidata’s Partner focused Solution Consultant team that represents Medidata solutions and services to customers running clinical trials. Of particular interest are the tools used for study conduct and necessary for the collection of data from sites, medical professionals, devices, and third-party systems. Olivia has a background in Biomedical Engineering and came to Medidata from IQVIA, where she worked in the clinical trial regulatory and compliance space.

Bryant Fields, Senior Director, Integrated Evidence, Medidata, Dassault Systèmes
Bryant has enjoyed nearly 25 years in clinical research domain, mostly comprised of industry leadership in clinical data management and clinical operations. Most notably, he developed and led a global team of clinical data managers in the successful delivery of high quality data in Oncology, Hemophilia and Ophthalmology submissions. Bryant has led workstreams in the identification of innovative and transformative process and tools for future clinical data environments. Immediately prior to joining Medidata, he supported departments in clinical data standards and HEOR research. Bryant is currently the Director, Data Science and Analytics Portfolio where he ensures seamless coordination and oversight between commercialization, marketing, strategy and corporate development operations for Data Science products and solutions.

Benjamin Falk – Director, Procurement Services, Clinipace
Ben Falk established and has subsequently led the Procurement/Vendor Management division of dMed-Clinipace over 5 years ago. The Procurement Services team oversees all vendor relationships for the organization, both on the enterprise and study levels. Ben has held numerous procurement roles both within the finance and clinical trials sectors throughout his career. He earned his BA at Emory University and his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
