Rave CTMS Unifies the "Big Picture" User Experience

Rave CTMS responds to customer challenges by unifying the user experience “Big Picture” overview. Rave CTMS combines the Dashboard, Issue Management, Site Monitoring, Study Management and Task Management as one application with multiple capabilities. 

What is Changing Now?

Users will be able to navigate to Rave CTMS via the applications list on the iMedidata homepage. Once in the Rave CTMS application, capabilities from the previously separate CTMS applications will be accessible to the user in the side navigation. View the Rave CTMS FAQ for more information (and images) explaining how the old applications will evolve into the Rave CTMS capabilities. 

Why is this Exciting?

Currently, Rave CTMS is divided into five separate applications making it difficult for CRAs and Study Managers to view all the information they expect to see and complete all the tasks they expect to perform within CTMS. For example, if a client had two P2 studies in different Study Groups, they would be unable to apply the configuration settings from one to another, creating repetitive and duplicative work. With One Rave CTMS, users will be able to access all study-level settings from the old applications in one place under the new application.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

Rave EDC Study Builder Certification -- Now Available Globally

 

The Rave EDC Certified Study Builder certification program is now available globally, across US, EMEA, and all APAC regions. The journey to launch this new program began with rolling pilots, throughout late 2022 and 2023 where Medidata gathered valuable insights from participating customers in all regions to ensure an impactful certification learning experience. 

The Rave EDC Study Builder certification program includes a learning path for new study builders, as well as a streamlined path for study builders who have already obtained the Classic Rave EDC Study Builder certification. The program culminates in a multiple-choice exam, followed by an applied skills assessment where candidates apply their knowledge by building a mock study to demonstrate real-world experience. This combination of practical and applied skills ensures candidates are well-prepared to be effective study builders.
