Clinical Data Studio -- NEW PRODUCT!
At NEXT New York in November and across our 2024 NEXT City series, Medidata is previewing the new Clinical Data Studio. Clinical Data Studio is a complete data management and quality experience that provides seamless access to integrated data from Medidata and non-Medidata sources. It leverages AI to streamline data aggregation, standardization, and management workflows so that multiple users can review real-time data to collapse timelines, reduce risk, and ensure safety. For those partners already familiar with Detect, Clinical Data Studio expands the latest data surveillance and RBQM capabilities of Detect with new self-service data ingestion and new data transformation capabilities, underpinned by the latest developments (including data streams) in the data architecture of the Medidata Platform, and encapsulated in a new, unified user experience. Rave RTSM Accreditation Guide -- NEW
The Rave RTSM Accreditation Guide outlines the framework for enabling your organization with the knowledge and skills necessary to proficiently design and execute studies using Rave RTSM. Through the Rave RTSM Partner Accreditation Program, your organization will be equipped to provide top-tier service to clients in implementing and executing clinical trials utilizing Rave RTSM.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Medidata received various Partner requests to supply a more detailed description of the Professional Services Partner Support (“PS Partner Support”) activities included in each Statement of Work (SOW) Exhibit included in our Sales Orders and we heard you!
PS Partner Support is supplied for each single study Sales Order where the Partner is Accredited per the Accreditation Policy. The PS Partner Support is added to ensure the Partner is getting the most out of their accreditation(s), both operationally and technically.
To address the specific needs of our Partners, in addition to common Professional Services included in single study Sales Orders (i.e., kickoff and periodic meetings or training), Medidata has created a PS Partner Support SOW Exhibit to supplement the common Professional Services activities. The language will include the scope of work behind PS Partner Support, and, as applicable, the setup of a new Partner URL.
The PS Partner Support SOW will be added to each single study Sales Order beginning on 26th May 2024 via our automated systems. Medidata piloted the added terms and received positive feedback to meet Partners’ needs as well as to help in responding to Customer questions about the study scope.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Auto-Provisioning of Medidata Global Education eLearnings
Medidata recently introduced a streamlined process that ensures all URLs have the most comprehensive and relevant set of eLearnings available to you. The eLearning courses associated with the products and/or applications that are installed on each URL are now automatically available to study administrators on the Manage eLearning page in iMedidata and Cloud Administration. Please note, study administrators will still be required to map eLearning courses to their study groups and respective roles, as this enhancement does not change the eLearning assignment process.
The Global Education Digest continues to announce the new and updated courses on a monthly basis so that you may review a list of which courses have been published. Refer to the announcement about this auto-provisioning enhancement in the February 2024 Platform Digest.
If you do not receive access to a course that you believe should be available on a URL, or if there are course(s) that are not relevant to the URL, contact your Medidata customer representative.
