2021 Customer Award Winners Unveiled at Medidata NEXT Global Conference

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, today announced the winners of the 2021 Medidata Customer Awards. Medidata Customer Award winners are selected annually for their innovative approaches to addressing patient needs. The awards are presented as part of Medidata NEXT Global, the premier conference on the digital transformation of life sciences.  

This year’s categories and respective winners are:

  • Partnership of the Year: Recognizes partnerships with Medidata that demonstrates a shared commitment to clinical success and promotes the advancement and acceleration of clinical trial execution through collaboration. This year our two winners in this category are Moderna and Parexel. Each was recognized for their impressive dedication to bringing life-saving therapies and vaccines to market quickly and efficiently and with integrity.
  • Digital Transformation: Celebrates clients who are true innovators -  by incorporating the use of digital technology to redefine approaches to clinical research and development. ZEG Berlin and CTI were recognized in the Digital Transformation category for their modern, tech-forward approach to running clinical trials that drive efficiency and help reimagine the expectations of clinical research.
  • Patients First: Honors a customer that demonstrates  a commitment to decreasing burden to trial participants with a patient-first approach. This year, Novavax was recognized in this category for ensuring that clinical trial participants feel empowered and supported.
  • Insights & Innovation: Awarded to a customer who has utilized data insights to improve decision making and drive innovation across clinical development and launch readiness. G1 Therapeutics was recognized in this category for their strategic adoption of Medidata Synthetic Control Arm.
