Contractual Updates
Here are a couple of policy changes we’d like to highlight:
- Full Month Service Duration – We moved to a whole month policy with no fractional months of service. Example: If a Service Start date is January 15, the first full month will end on February 14. For this example, the monthly anniversary will always start on the 15th of the month.
- Terminations and Suspensions – No longer require 30-day notice. The suspension/termination will be effective on the NEXT contract anniversary day (not retroactive). Example: Contract Anniversary Date is February 15. If you request a termination or suspension on February 20, the suspension or termination will begin on March 15. More information on our Termination and Suspensions policy can be found here.

PARTNER PROGRAM
Partner Office Hours: Webinars Dedicated to the Needs of CROs
We launched our partner-focused webinars in June with a 3-part series on Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCTs). During these sessions, we share how Medidata solutions can help you access the right tools to decentralize studies for any level of virtualization needed. We also provide you with protocol-level support so you can have the right conversations with your Sponsors.
Catch the last session as part of this series on Thursday August 18th at 11am (EDT). You will hear from Holly Robertson, Sr Director, Patient Cloud Advisory Services, on how myMedidata supports DCT solutions with full-service as well as enablement abilities. CROs ready to adopt Medidata technology in-house are able to become enabled and build a mix of DCT solutions that they can offer sponsors or the full-suite of Medidata's world class professional services team can support any level of DCT strategy needed. You won’t want to miss this session!
If you missed the first two sessions, you can still listen to the recordings via OnDemand. Just select them when you register here.
