Medidata Academy announces updates to the Classic Rave and Rave eLearnings, Show Me Videos and Instructor Led Training
Medidata Academy announces that the following courses have been updated for rebranding to Rave and Classic Rave in conjunction with the 2018.2.0 release.

Classic Rave only URLs with the Classic Rave Essentials courses installed will need a Task Management WO assigned to MA - Operations to receive this update.
Instructor Led Training
Medidata Rave Study Design and Build Essentials training
To support the rebranding effort and to make the request process simpler, we now have 2 Study Design and Build Essentials classes in our course catalog. The courses will now be called Medidata Rave Study Design and Build Essentials (SDBE) - Data Managers and Medidata Rave Study Design and Build Essentials (SDBE) - Data Validations.
This change is due to the similarities in the study building process for both Classic Rave and Rave (eCRF Development and Data Validation Development).
- The main difference between Classic Rave (Rave/Legacy Rave) and Rave (formerly RaveX) involves the Study Setup via iMedidata or Classic Rave for Classic Rave and Study Setup via Cloud Admin for Rave (formerly RaveX).

The Rave Certified Study Builder does not specify the need for Rave vs Classic Rave study build training.

All public classes starting in 2019 will be delivered using Rave instead of Classic Rave.

Medidata Rave Configuration
The Medidata Rave Configuration ILT will now include the Unknown Year functionality that is part of the 2018.2.0 Release.
