About the Team:
Role Summary
As an Independent Contributor, you will own the optimization, communication, and continuous improvement of our Medidata Global Education learner experience model - driving learner engagement, success, and adoption of Medidata Experiences across all customer segments. The ideal candidate will proactively, and in partnership, enable every Medidata learner with a successful and transformative learning experience.
Role Description
- Manage the Medidata Global Education operational processes that deliver impactful Medidata customer learning experiences, including associated metrics and measures management
- Position and brand learning offerings to drive customer success, learning adoption, and business growth
- Own the Medidata Global Education communications and messaging portals that share news and updates about Medidata customer learning enablement offerings. For example: websites, community posts, blogs, and internal knowledge shares.
- Structure aligned learner interactions in all phases of the learning journey - from onboarding to adoption to enablement and through all continuous learning stages - optimizing value-add impact and learner satisfaction
- Create or enhance learner enablement workflows, practices, assets, and portals driving an overall exceptional Medidata customer learning experience
- Apply industry best practices, innovations, and agentic solutions to enable best-in-class learner experiences for all Medidata learner personas
- Partner with Medidata Global Education strategic leaders to address all customer and internal queries about Medidata customer learning experiences
- Own the audit and update of Medidata Global Education operational processes that drive customer learning experiences
- Support Voice-of-the-Learner projects and associated initiatives that capture and action learner feedback
- Own the design and continuous improvement of our composite learner satisfaction scoring model and the associated feedback actioning cycle
Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a global, operational project manager of customer learning in a Life Sciences or Clinical Trial Operations organization (or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years experience managing learner experiences or learner enablement projects for a Life Sciences or Clinical Trial Operations organization

Current PMP certification and minimum 3 years of PMO experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, or a related discipline - or equivalent years of experience

Strong customer project management expertise, ideally with experience in defining and driving the success of strategic learning enablement models

Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite), Camtasia, JIRA/agile practices, Wrike, and agentic solutioning tools/strategies (for example, Notebook LM, Gemini)

This role designation is hybrid (3 days/week onsite NY) or remote.

This role designation is remote or hybrid (3 days/week onsite NY/NJ area).
As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $79,500.00 to 106,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $84,000.00 to 112,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $78,000.00 to 104,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $70,125.00 to 93,500.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $71,250.00 to 95,000.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
