In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, process standardization, project and program planning, execution, and delivery. You will collaborate across functions to turn ideas into impactful solutions for our customers and provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership that ensure alignment with corporate strategy and priorities.

  • Asset Management: Maintain and organize offering development documentation and materials for accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and data-backed updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to guide offering development from concept to launch.
  • Task & Progress Management: Oversee tasks, track progress, and ensure accountability across the team to keep projects on schedule.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to overcome roadblocks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear, consistent communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership—acting as the hub between offering management, product, engineering, commercial, and other partners.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a deep understanding of stakeholder and customer needs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver real value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform project decisions, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Minimal Supervision: Expected to work with minimal supervision and guidance and to use good judgment in formulating next steps within your area of expertise.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, go-to-market operations, or strategic planning, preferably in Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, or Healthcare technology industries.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
