About the Team:

As a Community Engagement project analyst within our Site & Patient Insights team, you will play a key role in connecting patients and sites to our community while aligning efforts with our broader business strategy. Your work will support initiatives that drive engagement, foster relationships, and promote shared goals between patient populations and site leaders. This is a part time position reporting to the Programs Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of the Site & Patient Engagement program by identifying and addressing engagement gaps to increase membership within our community.
  • Work closely with patient and site teams to craft tailored strategies for improving engagement and expanding community participation.
  • Contribute to the development of a virtual community-building strategy, executing initiatives to enhance engagement on the platform.
  • Identify and research outreach opportunities for sites and site leaders in various communities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Partner with the Social Impact and Engagement team to manage virtual community interactions and outreach efforts.
  • Collect and report community feedback and insights to leadership teams, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in managing non-profit partnerships by researching community-based opportunities that align with our corporate mission.
  • Identify key relationships with site leaders and patient populations, understanding their needs to help inform and shape business strategies and priorities.
  • Design and facilitate initiatives that drive community engagement, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of all community-driven efforts.
  • Define and track relevant metrics to guide decision-making, offer actionable insights, and drive continuous program improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in client engagement, program development, and managing projects that deliver tangible results.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and quickly adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent listening skills that allow for thoughtful responses and effective communication.

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base hourly pay range for this position is $25 an hour.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
