About the Team:
The Senior Customer Learning Enablement Program Manager is a key strategic role responsible for overseeing the evaluation, design, and management of multiple, interconnected customer learning programs. This role proactively leads cross-functional efforts to ensure our educational resources are delivered through modern, engaging platforms that create a seamless and impactful learning journey for our users. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and a proven track record in managing complex programs and user experience initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and track initiatives that adhere to MGE objectives and goals.
- Facilitate multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure program goals and timelines are reached.
- Coordinate and lead stakeholder discussions and workshops across multiple teams to identify critical customer learning needs and strategic priorities.
- Translate stakeholder insights and needs assessment findings into clear, actionable requirements for a broad curriculum portfolio.
- Develop program assessment tools for evaluation and improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Learning Enablement, Product Management, and Core Enablement teams, anticipating and managing inter-team dependencies.
- Liaise and drive internal collaboration with related organizations and departments to accomplish project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure buy-in, influence strategy, and manage resource allocation for learning initiatives.
- Maintain project communication deliverables such as project plans, schedules, issues lists, status reports, and meeting agendas with action items.
- Anticipate and manage risks, proactively communicate risks/issues to management in a timely manner, and offer creative solutions.
- Drive initiatives to improve the user interface (UI) and functionality of our learning platform (LMS/Knowledge Hub), contributing to the long-term vision for the learner experience.
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify pain points and opportunities to create a more intuitive and engaging learning experience.
- Stay informed of modern learning technologies and methodologies to continuously innovate how content is delivered to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Manages multiple, interconnected projects or a large, complex program with broad objectives.
- Contributes to the program strategy and identifies opportunities for improvement. Focuses on overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively engages with key cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
- Solves complex, multi-faceted program problems with minimal supervision. Anticipates potential roadblocks and develops proactive mitigation plans.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members. May lead small project teams and facilitate group meetings.
- Effectively communicates program updates and insights to a wide range of stakeholders. Crafts clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and program management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $96,000.00 – 128,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $101,250.00 – 135,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $94,500.00 – 126,000.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $84,375.00 – 112,750.00
- The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is 485,500 – 114,00.00
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
