Your Mission:
We are growing! This incremental position- the Partner Program Manager will support the creation, positioning and implementation of Medidata’s global partner programs designed to help our CRO partners excel with our technology and “do more together” in the marketplace. Creativity and enthusiasm is a must for this both internal and client facing role.
The ideal candidate has both a good understanding of partner programs, partner enablement, sales, and marketing functions. Must be a self-starter, detail & data oriented, & results-driven individual, with strong interpersonal skills and a partner first attitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver processes and tools to help drive awareness, adoption, and success of the partner program
Collaborate with internal teams to improve end-to-end partner experience, operationalize program framework & sales processes, & roll out partner communications
Build, deliver, and maintain program content and collateral (presentations, program guides, and communications) by leveraging internal resources
Present partner program overview to new partners and assist in onboarding new partners; Work with cross functional team members on delivering a best in class partner experience across Partner Journey (prospecting, on-boarding, enablement and growth process) to drive strong partner loyalty and adoption of the Medidata Clinical Cloud
Build strong rapport and relationships with our partners’ organizations at multiple levels from support & sales to C-suite individuals
Support of the Medidata partner community, PartnerConnect
Manage, track and report on specific program initiatives and program operational metrics as well as overall success of partner program
Your Competencies:
Experience in Cloud/SaaS partner programs and partner tools
Partner operations experience or similar sales operations experience
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and working cross-functionally
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, supporting several initiatives simultaneously with minimal direction
Energy and enthusiasm around delighting partners
Your Education & Experience:
Solid experience in a SaaS, Life Sciences, and/or CRO space
Bachelor's degree or 6 years experience
As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the NYC Metro Area is $96,000- $128,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the California Bay Area is $101,250- $135,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in the Boston Metro Area is $94,500- $126,000.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in Texas or Ohio is $84,375- $112,500.
The salary range for positions that will be physically based in all other locations within the United States is $85,500- $114,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata’s non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
