Our Team:


Patient data is at the heart of clinical development; however it has long existed in disparate silos: Clinical Trial data, and Real World Data (RWD). When combined they enable novel, powerful analytics that would be impossible to achieve separately; realizing these approaches is a key part of almost all sponsor’s long-term clinical development plans. 


Medidata Link was launched in October 2021, and is a centralized, scalable, and secure technology that seamlessly integrates data from clinical trials with the world’s largest ecosystems of RWD. Medidata Link provides a complete view of patients before, during, and after clinical trials, and helps future-proof clinical development.


Who we’re looking for:


Solution Owners are a core part of the Medidata Link team, with a diverse range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Supporting consultative sales processes, working closely with account managers and specialist sales teams to provide subject matter expertise, proposals, and account strategies.

  • Collaboration with Medidata Link Product Managers and project management teams to ensure that product development is in line with industry needs, and effective sales to service handovers respectively.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop internal and external communication materials, translating and summarizing technical information for diverse business audiences

  • leveraging our data and products, including those requiring considerable judgment and initiative, as well as build case studies and drive adoption

  • Perform research and analyses drawing insights to guide decision making on product strategy, prioritization of features, customer engagement, and product pricing

  • Outstanding structured and critical thinking

  • Proactive self-starter with a passion to innovate on a new product offering

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Superb organization and project management with a relentless drive to get things done even in the face of ambiguity and complexity

  • Customer centric mindset, with communication skills adept at conveying complex information to stakeholders across wide ranges of technical understanding and seniority.


Requirements (Education & Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree (in a scientific, healthcare, quantitative, or business discipline (business administration, management information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics or a related field)) and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience; or an advanced degree and 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated creative problem solving, analytical and organizational skills

  • Experience working with organizations in the life sciences and/or healthcare sectors

  • Ability to manage work in teams of widely varying skills and levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail

  • Advanced skills with the google suite of products and MS Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive

  • Experience working with Biotech or Pharma clinical trials

  • Experience working with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, or Health Economics teams

  • Familiarity with Real World Data and analytics in the United States of America

  • Familiarity with sales processes in the context of the life sciences industry

  • Experience leading customer interactions
