  • You will understand the business and partner with internal product teams to understand their needs and make key prioritization decisions.

  • You will drive horizontal UX/UI initiatives, across products and components to ensure that ease of navigation, UI consistency, information organization and discoverability is retained and in harmony as the product scales up in functionality and in the support of multiple user roles.

  • You will clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to senior leadership.

Your Competencies:

  • You have a deep knowledge of and appreciation for product design, user research, and development practices and processes.

  • You are a proponent of modern product-management practices. You’re able to reference methodologies and best practices from thought leaders (e.g. Marty Cagan, Gibson Biddle, Jason Fried) and express your own philosophy.

Your Education & Experience:

  • A portfolio of successful product initiatives.

  • Experience working collaboratively with design and engineering teams.
