Your Mission

  • Represent DS Life Sciences & Healthcare (DS LS&H) and act as an executive trusted advisor to our clients
  • Be responsible and accountable for coordination of the client’s initiatives and related program and project activities to achieve the client’s goals and objectives
  • Develop with the Client Executives and the DS LS&H ecosystem a strategy to generate revenues by qualifying and driving new business opportunities for short, mid, and long-term revenue targets
  • Develop strong relationships with your client’s technical leaders to influence them towards your sales strategy and achieve the revenue targets
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence the client’s transformation strategy
  • Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a logical way to drive and ensure business objective achievement
  • Ensure successful value delivery through timely solution implementation
  • Lead and/or contribute to technical operation reviews
  • Act as an advocate of the customer within DS
  • Aggregate customer information in order to provide a 360° view of the client across DS
  • Understand the client’s business processes and be able to compare that to the industry best practice for proper communication to the DS LS&H ecosystem (Industry, R&D, Services, etc.)
  • Build and lead virtual teams of DS professionals in a matrixed organization





Key Success Factors (Requirements)

  • Demonstrated leadership on complex software projects and initiatives in the BioPharma and Medical Device industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Life Sciences industry processes (Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Medical Device) – especially PLM and Manufacturing
  • C-Level selling/influencing experience
  • Strong experience with customer relationship management
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Experience in customer-facing sales or technical sales roles
  • Knowledge of the DS solutions portfolio (BIOVIA, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, SOLIDWORKS) highly preferred
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Able to build and lead dynamic teams and navigate matrixed organizations
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomous
  • Strong analytical methods and software application skills
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools/systems
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create and deliver compelling presentations skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Computer Science
  • MBA or business administration certificate/degree highly desirable
  • Project Management/Leadership Programs participation/certification desirable
