  • Present to all accounts new and existing where applicable all professional services offerings, methodologies and support structures to assist in bringing on new clients and expanding business in existing clients
  • Proactive work with sales and professional services to ensure customer satisfaction with a sponsoring client or CRO from a professional services perspective for all services and deliverables
  • Cooperate with all Medidata cross functions team or global team, drive Medidata solution and professional services business
  • Responsible for selling the company’s consulting or other professional services (e.g., Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM), eCOA or clinical research services/solutions, etc.);
  • Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel
  • Level Description - Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
  • Has complete knowledge of all company products and services and may be tasked with sales/development of new or strategic products
  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
    • Typically requires 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree or a PhD; or equivalent experience.
    • Typically requires minimum of 2 years of clinical research field working experience.
    • Responsible for selling the company’s consulting or other professional services (e.g., Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM), eCOA or clinical research services/solutions, etc.);
    • Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel
    • Level Description - Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
    • Has complete knowledge of all company products and services and may be tasked with sales/development of new or strategic products
    • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
    • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups
