To achieve success during the critical first six months after releasing a new oncology therapy, the company needed to quickly reach as many patients as possible. The growing company needed to prioritize sales resources towards high-value health care professionals, but it worried that it would miss out on valuable physicians given its current, incomplete data set. The Results:

Acorn AI worked with biomarker and patient data to reprioritize health care professional segments. Out of 1,000 tier 1 targets, 250 were identified as highest priority and over 200 were eliminated. An additional 700 health care professionals were then identified and added to the tiered priority lists, expanding the reach for sales representatives. 

Acorn AI completed this analysis in just two weeks, with updated prioritization added to the sales representative dashboards just one week later. Working with this data, the pharmaceutical company can better prioritize sales resources to contact higher value physicians, reach more patients, and accelerate the time from launch to peak impact.
