One entry per natural person. Participants must be legal U.S. residents at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older. Entries must be received by midnight Eastern Daylight Time on August 18, 2022.  Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and will be notified via email within 30 days. If a potential winner: (1) does not respond after the first attempted contact from Medidata within 72 hours of the initial notification attempt; (2) is not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions; (3) does not meet the eligibility requirements; (4) declines the prize; or (5) does not sign and return required documents or provide required identification or information by deadlines established by Medidata, they will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner(s). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited by law.

Medidata reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion or any portion thereof for any reason. Medidata reserves the right to disqualify any promotion participant or other individual from participating in this promotion for any reason.

Medidata’s liability shall be limited to reasonably foreseeable damages caused by grossly negligent acts, intentional acts or culpable breaches of a material obligation of these Terms & Conditions. Medidata shall not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. The exclusions and limitations of liability shall not apply when applicable law prohibits such exclusions and limitations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York (without giving effect to any provisions that would result in these Terms & Conditions being governed by the law of any other jurisdiction), and the parties exclusively submit to the jurisdiction of, and venue in, any federal or state court located in the Borough of Manhattan, New York City.

Medidata reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions: (1) for clarification purposes that do not materially change the terms and conditions of this promotion; and (2) to ensure that these Terms & Conditions comply with the laws, regulations, and binding guidelines that apply to Medidata.
