Our concentration on these two goals allows us to create the greatest impact possible.

We work directly with our teams in each office to ensure that their community needs are taken into consideration when building our local programs. While our offices in Japan, Korea, and Singapore all work with local organizations, they all drive the same impact.

I volunteered at the Childhood Cancer Mini Lecture & Lemonade experience organized by CancerNet Japan. It was a great opportunity to learn about childhood cancer and get the perspective from the patients and doctors in this area.

Creating a better world is threaded throughout our program and we believe that our employees are an integral part of our mission. We create meaningful opportunities for our employees to give back by carving time out quarterly for different community outreach events across the globe.

From Tokyo to Seoul to Singapore, our employees are committed to helping those in need.

We volunteer with patients, the elderly, and engage with local patient advocacy groups, such as:

  • The Ronald McDonald House
  • Purme Foundation
  • Lions Home in Singapore

All our offices participate in health initiatives to promote a healthier well-being. We sponsor runs associated with patient advocacy groups in all of our offices and host an annual health week with non-profits for our employees around the globe. During health week, employees enjoy daily events centered around one health theme that varies year after year. By partnering with nonprofits to educate our employees, we are expanding our influence and creating a happier and healthier company.
