Retired eLearning
The "Balance Logistics for Supply Managers" eLearning has been retired due to outdated screens and improved functionality in the last few releases.
What should I do if my group has already taken the retired course?
We strongly encourage you to contact your Medidata representative for enrollment.The new course will not be automatically made available on URLs, and access will need to be requested.
New eLearning
To replace the retired "Balance Logistics for Supply Managers" eLearning, two new elearnings have been created with the most up-to-date functionality as of the 2019.3.0 release.
Medidata Rave RTSM: Managing Supply Plans
This course is intended for Rave RTSM supply managers who have the ability to create and manage supply plans for study sites. The eLearning will go over how to create and modify a Buffer Only Supply Plan, Predictive Only Supply Plan, and Predictive and Buffer Supply Plan. It will also go over the supply plan options, such as creating Decoy groups and setting the supply plan as the default supply plan for all sites associated to a study.
Medidata Rave RTSM: Managing Sites, Depots, and Lots
This course is intended for supply managers who will be assigning study sites to inventory depots, setting up lot information at depot locations, and reviewing inventory at specific location.
