Overview

iMedidata can be fully accessed by credentials without the Medidata Connect solution. However, some users may need a better experience on system performance, and these individual customer users will require installation and use of a VPN client to benefit from this improved connection. Please kindly ensure that you have obtained all relevant permissions from your organization to install the software in your computer systems. Medidata Connect Solution is available for both Mac and Windows Laptop or Desktop users. Please kindly follow the step-by-step set up instructions to install the client into your computer.

Recording of Global Education training sessions is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to record training will result in an immediate stoppage of training until recording is terminated.

If paying by Purchase Order (PO), please e-mail an authorized PO to invoicing@mdsol.com. You will be invoiced for the full amount of the training class with net 30 terms in the month following training. PO must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment.
