This training is beneficial for various RTSM roles such as System Administrator, Supply Manager, Study Manager, a CRC or CRA. It covers the following new features and enhancements to Rave RTSM:

Multi-dose Vial support

Permission by Role configuration for depot & study-scoped roles

Supply Accountability support for non-dispensed numbered items

Medidata Knowledge Hub

Recording of Global Education training sessions is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to record training will result in an immediate stoppage of training until recording is terminated.

Payment Method

If paying by Purchase Order (PO), please e-mail an authorized PO to invoicing@mdsol.com. You will be invoiced for the full amount of the training class with net 30 terms in the month following training. PO must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment.
