Overview

RTSM 2023.2.0 Release Training covers the functionality that impacts how end users complete activities in RTSM, or receive data from RTSM. This course is beneficial to various RTSM roles, such as System Administrator, Supply Manager, Study Manager, a CRC or CRA. This training covers the following new features and enhancements to Rave RTSM:

Multi-Dose Vials (MDV)
- Shipping Investigation optimized for Multi-Dose Vials.

- Inventory By-Item filtering enhanced to allow filtering for dispensed doses.

Cohort Capping Alert - New alert will be triggered when 75%, 95% and 100% of the cohort cap has been met.
eSupply Accountability (eSA)
- Additional warnings added to guide users if site counts are partially entered.

- Improved user experience for entering items as lost.

Recording of Global Education training sessions is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to record training will result in an immediate stoppage of training until recording is terminated.

Payment Method

If paying by Purchase Order (PO), please e-mail an authorized PO to invoicing@mdsol.com. You will be invoiced for the full amount of the training class with net 30 terms in the month following training. PO must be received 5 business days prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment.
