Study Termination

  • How to submit a study termination?
    • All customers are expected to submit a termination through the online portal. The link is referenced in the customer’s Master Service Agreement (MSA) and can be accessed on our website at the following URL

  • Why did I receive an invoice after study termination?
    • Once the termination is submitted, the finance (and legal) teams will review for eligibility and provide any customer feedback. The finance team will process a credit memo which generally would be sent to the customer by end of month. Please keep in mind that due to the timelines and notification periods, the customer may receive the next invoice.
  • How much notification is required to terminate a study?
  • Why did I receive a partial credit note?
  • Once the termination is received and processed, the Customer will receive a credit note based on the number of days being cancelled.
    • For example, a customer submits a study termination with an effective date of 9/16/xx. We would issue a credit for 15 days as the customer remains responsible for Sep 1-15.
