Overview
Covers the basic Rave CTMS tasks and workflows that apply to all roles. Taken alone, this course provides a comprehensive introduction to Rave CTMS. It also serves as a prerequisite to the other role-based courses.
This session provides you with core knowledge on Rave CTMS concepts, users and roles management, as well as other important general functionality such as managing Countries, Sites, Enrollment and Milestones.
This is a 1 1/2 day course.
