NEW YORK, N.Y. – October 29, 2012 – Medidata Solutions (NASDAQ: MDSO), a leading global provider of cloud-based clinical development solutions, today announced that it will now release its third quarter 2012 financial results before the open of the market on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. The earnings release issuance and conference call was previously scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, 2012 and was changed due to severe weather conditions related to Hurricane Sandy.
The rescheduled earnings announcement will be followed by a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 for investors and analysts to review these results and discuss the outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2012.
